Auditions will be held in the Black Box at the Jenison Center for the Arts
(8375 20th Ave Jenison, MI 49428).

A Note from the Production Team:
First, thank you for your interest in auditioning for A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Please read all of the information carefully, as there are many helpful things to aid in your success.
This will be a black box production of Shakespeare’s classic comedy’s fairy world will be inspired by Cirque du Soleil’s show “Mystere.” We will be taking the spirit of the music and physicality into use throughout the fae scenes in the play. Otherwise, this show will be a more traditional take on the comedy set in period-accurate clothing and set.

Actor’s Responsibility
By auditioning for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, you are promising to be committed to this production and its requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, proper attendance and positively representing the show and Shadblow Theatre in both actions and attitude. The calendar is provided now to help limit as many conflicts as possible. If you do not uphold your responsibilities as an actor, you may be cut from the cast at any time during this process. If you feel you cannot fulfill these obligations, please reconsider before committing to this production.
