COVID-19 RESPONSE

4/21 Announcement

Given the current status for large group gatherings amidst the COVID-19 crisis, and without knowing when we can gather in larger groups, Shadblow Theatre has decided to cancel the 2020 Summer Season shows: Mamma Mia! - In Concert, The Diary of Anne Frank and Little Shop of Horrors (the auditions that were scheduled are also cancelled).

 

We will be working hard in the next few months to come up with a plan for productions in the coming year. 

 

If you have already purchased tickets for any of our cancelled shows, you should have received an email regarding the options you have:

• DONATIONS: If you wish to donate all or some of the money spent on tickets, please respond to the email sent to you with your name and email and indicate what your donation level will be.

• REFUNDS: If you paid by credit card, the purchase price will be refunded back to your credit card which you should see on your statement in a few weeks. If you paid by cash or check, we will have to mail you a check. We will reach out to you for your name, address and phone number so that we can send the check. Refund checks will be sent out on May 15th.

These are trying times for everyone, including arts organizations. We are so sorry that we have had to cancel but we appreciate your support and hope to see you at our next performances, whenever that may be.

Shadblow Theatre could not survive without your support. Because these are unforeseen circumstances, deposits have already been made for our 2020 season. We understand many are going through financial hardships, however if you have the means, please consider donating to Shadblow. It is with your generosity and giving hearts that we can hope to continue on with our season in some way after all of this blows over.
